Mr Martin Schreiber, EdD Vice President for the Mission Leadership Institute at Providence, USA

The FMI Sisters of Kim Long Charity Clinic returned to the Clinic after four days serving on medical care and first Aid in the Pilgrimage of Lavang 12-15 August 2023. It seems to us that, on the occasion of Assumption of Mary this year 2023, our Mother Mary Lavang has given us a special gift through the presence of these guests, who also participated in the solemn celebration in Lavang.

They visited our Congregation as well as the Kim Long Charity Clinic. We were able to spend almost two hours sharing about the mission of FMI Congregation in serving on health care and provide health education through the Kim Long Clinic since 1992.

Sr Nadine, Mr. Dougal and Mr. Martin were very interested and concerned about our Clinic’s mission. In Particular, they shared and discussed how to collaborate with us in medical training for better services on medicine. With future advantages, we hope to work with their company of Providence in the United Stated to improve and upgrade our medical staff and the Sisters working at Kim Long Clinic.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Sisters Nadine, Mr. Dougal and Mr. Martine for their gift of time and kind concern.

We especially thank Sister Thu Mai, FMI from Richmond, VA and Mr. David, President of DMI CF for their kind and true concern. This beautiful gesture created the meeting and commitment to support us.

 May God bless you all and grant your kindness and abundance of God’s grace.

We ask for the intercession of our Lady of Lavang who gathered us on this occasion for our future collaboration according to the Will of God.
